What stands out, both good and bad

Most staff were friendly and eager to assist making our stay enjoyable. The proximity to the beach was a definite highlight.

The condition of the facilities and cleanliness left much to be desired. Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival which was disappointing.

We stayed in a double room with very intense humidity odor. The jewel in the crown was amicable and fairly friendly staff. The location for Tambor was amazing, really close to an unspoiled tropical beach and tambor for lunch and dinners.

The place was BEAUTIFUL and rooms here were updated. I had breakfast in the restaurant and everything was outstanding. The location was stunning - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go. It was located in a great area.

The dirty room with blood-stained blankets and unresponsive staff was shocking and left a lasting impression.

1. I think there's a missing rug in the bathroom, there's a rubber mat to put either in the tub or on the floor, it has holes and water still runs off, so the whole bathroom floor gets wet when you go out. At least one beer should be included in the mini-bar. 3. There are a lot of flies in the restaurant. food is not clean, people mix up the spoons and you see beans in the meat or rice in the salad. variety is hardly noticeable. attention was not the best, sometimes they give you the cutlery but not the napkin, they give you the fresh ones and then the cutlery. 4. What I liked the least was that I noticed on several occasions that the employees were arguing in front of the customers. On Friday at the disco, they were arranging lunch, a girl and another one are shouting and fighting ugly, I was by the chairs of the beach and heard everything, I found it very annoying, see that. Then right there at dinner at night, they scolded a guy because he didn't take the dirty dishes cart, he was taking out tablecloths on another table, of course you notice all that. 5. In the corridors to the 300s rooms, there is little light, if there are streetlights, at night that area gets very dark. 6. At the reception, it's time to go out, there is a long line, people go out and those who come in, you should: 1 or change in one minute the hours of check in and check out, that people who go out are only the main person in the room who makes the line, all the families with all the bags there move very slowly everything.

Incredible location, amazing breakfast with plenty of food. The rooms are updated and clean and the staff are amicable. 10 minutes drive to the airport: )

The lush gardens and serene beach views were good. I adored the convenient seating areas throughout the resort.

More shaded areas near the pool for comfort.

I liked the very comfortable room, the place itself, I liked the very nice food.

I think they can provide better customer service, and with simple things, if you pay an all-inclusive should be all-inclusive not that everything you want to do you charge more example internet, pool table, gym and spa, are things that other hotels have and do not charge you for each of them, also should let the bus cobano that goes directly to the hotel will not generate any problem if not more will draw the attention of other passengers, potential customers. Or make a pedestrian crossing with a roof from the hotel to the exit, this because there are people who do not like to get sunburned or wet with rain and this roof minimizes that error. Another improvement you can have, I went like 3 times for beach towels and never had, please measure the capacity of the hotel.

Amicable and nice staff onsite.

The activities here kept us entertained, especially the mini golf and children's playground. Cleanliness was a major issue. We found bugs in our room.

Room not clean on arrival, WiFi in 4 star hotel not free of charge and still did not work, promised conversation with the manager never took place despite urgency.

Ideal for 4 days beach holiday. Hotel is very popular with the locals.

Check-in tiresome (very long waiting time) . Booking à la carte restaurant tedious (45 minutes queuing), because only on the same day from 08:00 clock and not online possible. Wifi is a disaster

Choose a double room with very intense humidity odor. The location was stunning for exploring Tambor. I appreciated that the hotel was 5 minutes drive from the airport.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were exceptionally rude.
